These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pinned app and website operated by Eternea Chronos ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Pinned, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Pinned

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pinned. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, reviews, and pins you upload. By posting public content, you grant Eternea Chronos a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service.

4. Things you must not do

Post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, or violates someone else's rights or privacy.
Impersonate other people or businesses.
Pin fake locations, fake reviews, or use Pinned for spam or unauthorized commercial promotion.
Try to break into other accounts, scrape data at scale, or interfere with the Service.
Upload malware or content that infringes copyright.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. We may also report illegal content to authorities.

5. User-to-user content

Pinned shows content created by other users. We do not endorse it or guarantee its accuracy. Decide for yourself before acting on any review or recommendation.

6. Sponsored content

Pinned shows pins paid for by local businesses. These are clearly labeled as "Sponsored". We do not endorse or guarantee any sponsored business.

7. Subscriptions and purchases

If you purchase a subscription (e.g. Pinned Plus) inside the iOS or Android app, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google according to their terms. Refunds for store purchases must be requested through Apple or Google. Web purchases are processed by Stripe and refunds are handled by us directly.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep Pinned running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer + limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Eternea Chronos is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the update means you accept the new version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
